Electronic Scientific Engineering acquires Macrotron GmbH

Ingram Macrotron AG has announced the sale of the business of Macrotron Process Technologies GmbH, Kirchheim/Germany (MPT) to Electronic Scientific Engineering Ltd (ESE), Hongkong. The deal was concluded by way of an asset deal through ESE's wholly owned new subsidiary Macrotron Scientific Engineering GmbH(MSE).
