Multiline Technology Inc. of Farmingdale, New York and mie LP(Multiline International Europa, Limited Partnership) of Friedrichsdorf, Germany announces a new reorganisation.

Michael Angelo, President of Multiline Technology, the leading manufacturer of Registration Equipment in the PCB world and Paul Waldner, Managing Director and Partner at mie, LP, a subsidiary of Multiline Technology Inc., have announced a reorganization of their businesses in order to better focus on the needs of their customers throughout the world.

As part of this reorganization of the two companies into one global organisation, Paul Waldner, the current Managing Partner of mie, will be concentrating his efforts on world wide sales of Multiline products as well as the current and future product lines of mie (products manufactured by ECI, ESI,first EIE, Dupont, Agfa, Ishii Hyoki and HATS as well as mie products for the exposure process). Waldner will also be responsible for driving product development, a position which will allow Multiline Technology to capitalise on Waldner's breadth of experience.

Waldner is committed to ensuring that the needs of customers and potential customers are well served on a local geographic basis while insuring that the product offerings maintain all of Multiline's customers' ability to compete grow and succeed in the global marketplace.

mie GmbH, a wholly-owned business of mie, LP has named a new Managing Director (Geschaeftsfuehrer). Konrad Wundt, long time General Manager at mie, LP shall, as the Managing Director, be responsible for mie, GmbH's day- to-day business as well as overseeing the growth of the business as a leading distributor of products for the PCB markets in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
