Another benefit of the Line Monitor is the reduction of stock transactions. Since the operating personnel can see for the entire line whether the mounted reels will be able to handle the current production job, unnecessary stock movements and over-cautious material supplies are effectively avoided. This is particularly useful for moisture-sensitive components, for which the SIPLACE Monitor even displays their exposure times and expiration dates.

The SIPLACE Line Monitor is ideally displayed on one or more large screens above the line. Alternatively, it can also be displayed on the machine panels.
