A new pneumatic loaded board fixture from Everett Charles Technologies has been added to their Test Fixture product line (Plate 6). The fixture is an ideal solution for tests that require high probe force and dense applications. Its open architecture design allows for fixturing a wide range of products.

The pneumatic fixture is initially offered for use on HP3070 testers. Features include adjustable cylinder actuation for enhanced control and smooth actuation, making it ideal for fine pitch test; and excellent flexibility for dual stage and stabbing requirements. Rugged pneumatic cylinders provide low maintenance and reliable performance for high volume manufacturing environments.
