Firmstone opens Thermoset office in Europe

Mike Firmstone has joined Thermoset, Lord Chemical Products, as Europe Regional Sales Manager, heading Thermoset's sales office in the UK. Firmstone will be responsible for advancing the company's microelectronics business with contract electronics manufacturers and original equipment manufacturers. In addition, he will direct qualification activities for Thermoset products with multinational companies and institutions operating in Europe and manage Thermoset's European agents and representatives.
Firmstone has more than 30 years of technical, commercial and management experience. He served as General Manager for EMCA in Cambridge, Processing Manager Advanced Packaging Center for ICI Electronics near Liverpool and most recently as Global Manager for Multicore Solders' Advanced Products Division near London.
