Two highly experienced friends have combined their talents to form Provisor,a recruitment consultancy with a difference. They combine "old fashioned headhunting" with a comprehensive and practical knowledge of the electronics industry, particularly PCB and Semiconductor.
Robert Murphy, who until recently was responsible for the sales and marketing of Sanyo placement equipment and has worked in electronic manufacturing with Dovatron, Ireland (now Flextronics International) and Celestica, has teamed up with Ben McLellan who has headhunted in the electronics industry, recruiting in areas where skills shortages hinder the development of progressive companies(see Plate 2).

We get to know companies' requirements and the individual's career aspirations. We can also give advice and practical support for equipment,material and process procurement – we are able to offer a total solution of people and technology.
Based near Manchester, the company was formed earlier this year and has already carried out several successful projects for major blue chip organisations.
