IPC. IPC names new director of communications

IPC has announced that Paul Engstrom, 51, has been named its director of communications.

In his position, Engstrom is responsible for all IPC communications,including the monthly IPC Review newsletter, several on-line newsletters, IPC Web site content and media relations.

Engstrom was most recently the public relations director for the U.S. Navy's Smart Card Group for Unified Industries, Inc., Springfield, Va. Prior to Unified Industries, he worked for the U.S. Navy, Edelman Public Relations Worldwide and Hill and Knowlton, Inc.

Engstrom has a bachelor's degree in journalism from Southern Illinois University and a master's in organizational development and workplace learning from the University of Massachusetts.
