Exerra appoints Don Beard Engineering Manager for North America
Exerra, the innovative engineering technology and electronics assembly systems manufacturer based in Israel, has appointed SMT industry veteran Don Beard as Engineering Manager for North America. “Don brings the right blend of process knowledge and customer service to Exerra. His experience with the SMT process, support and managing field operations brings a wealth of knowledge to Exerra” said Ian Fleck, General Manager, Exerra Inc. “With his understanding of surface mount assembly equipment our customers have an additional resource to help them succeed.” Mr Beard brings over 20 years of experience in the SMT industry working with customers to implement successful production lines in captive and contract manufacturing facilities. He previously held management positions in customer service and customer support along with front line experience in field service for Philips and Siemens.
