This case study describes how Mr Ashok, at NASSCOM, India, along with his colleague Archana Eshwarlal, implemented an extensive development program for women technocrats to address their career growth needs between 2015 and 2018 in the context of Indian IT sector. The case highlights how NASSCOM formed a partnership with major IT firms in India to create a comprehensive training program for upskilling women technocrats known as the Women Wizards Rule Tech program. This program was able to achieve greater impact through the upskilling initiatives on the career growth of women tech employees, thus achieving better inclusion of female technocrats...
