Quality in Scotland

Ron Masson is a Professor of Engineering Management at Napier University in Edinburgh. He has worked widely with Scottish industry in the development and application of quality management techniques and the implementation of new technology. His research interests include, besides new technology management and quality management, outsourcing and the formation of industrial partnerships. Robert Raeside is an Applied Statistician with a strong interest in the statistical aspects of quality and in addition to conducting research into these aspects he has acted as a consultant for several large Scottish enterprises. Other research interests are in the areas of demography and forecasting
