In view of applying the static measurement theory to evaluate the measurement uncertainty of a testing system, this paper develops a comprehensive coal mine pump performance testing system based on virtual instruments, and applies unascertained theory to evaluate the system's dynamic measurement uncertainty. Compared with the traditional measurement uncertainty of A kind and B kind, this method is without the limitation of the direct measurement, and the question condition and the evaluation better fit reality.
