Factors affecting environmental citizenship behaviour: An empirical investigation in Malaysian paddy industry Available to Purchase

Kean Boon Chua is Associate of the Malaysian Institute of Chemistry. He is currently pursuing his Doctoral Study at the International Business School, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He received the MBA Degree in Marketing from the Universiti Putra Malaysia, and the BSc (Hons) Degree in Chemistry from the Universiti Malaya. His fields of interests are consumer behaviour, environmentally significant behaviour and sustainability planning in the agriculture and chemical industry.

Dr Farzana Quoquab is Associate Professor at the International Business School, UTM. She has received her Doctorate Degree from the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. She has presented papers at various international and national conferences and published articles in peer-reviewed international journals such as IIUM Journal of Case Studies in Management, Business and Management Quarterly Review, Global Business and Management Research: An International Journal, Asian Case Research Journal, Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics, International Journal of Economics and Management, International Journal of Business Governance and Ethics, Emerald Emerging Markets Case Studies, Asian Academy of Management Journal and Journal of Islamic Marketing. Since 2008, she has produced 53 international conference proceedings and eight book chapters.

Dr Jihad Mohammad is Associate Professor at the Qatar University, College of Business and Economics, Qatar. He has received his DBA Degree from the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He has presented papers at various international and national conferences and published articles in peer-reviewed journals such as Cross Cultural and Strategic Management, Personnel Review, Employee Relation: International journal, Internet Research, Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistic, International Journal of Business Governance and Ethics, Emerald Emerging Markets Case Studies, Asian Academy of Management Journal and Journal of Islamic Marketing. His area of research interest includes organisational citizenship behaviour, psychological ownership, psychological capital, leadership, pro-environmental behaviour, consumer behaviour and Islamic work ethic.
