In France, Small Business Companies (SBC) represent 96% of companies but 50% disappear before their sixth year, mainly because of a lack of strategic anticipation. This chapter highlights the decisive character of the structure/behavior relationship at several phases of the entrepreneurial process. The strategic skills of the entrepreneur are a key dimension to increase the survival and development of the company. The entrepreneur’s beliefs about each area of the Entrepreneur’s Activity Nomenclature (EAN) change his behavior and, ultimately, the structure of the company. The HCVAVC is a synthetic indicator for measuring overall and sustainable performance of SBC.
