Leonardo Fernandes Moutinho Rocha holds a PhD in Economics of Industry and Technology at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Since 2017, he is a collaborator at Center for Strategic Studies of the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation where he develops projects in Network Analysis and Foresight studies related to public health technologies.
