Introduces the listing of the best top 100 US companies to work for by profiling SAS, the company that gained the number one spot. Discusses the benefits and perks offered the company’s employees, the culture at the organization, the leadership of its chief executive, Jim Goodnight, and the human resource policies and practices that have gained the loyalty of its employees. In a second article, describes what happened when two chief executives from the list of best companies switched jobs for the day – the two chief executives being Kip Tindell from the Container Store and Maxine Clark from Build-a-Bear.
