The Workmen's Compensation (Supplementation) Amendment Scheme 1973 Available to Purchase

The Secretary of State for Social Services, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of powers conferred by section 2 of the Industrial Injuries and Diseases (Old Cases) Act 1967, as amended by section 3(3) of the National Insurance and Supplementary Benefit Act 1973, and now vested in him, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes, in consequence of the said Act of 1973, the following Scheme:—
