The Workmen's Compensation (Supplementation) Amendment Scheme 1974 Available to Purchase

The Secretary of State for Social Services, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of powers conferred by section 2 of the Industrial Injuries and Diseases (Old Cases) Act 1967, as amended by section 3(2)(a) of the National Insurance Act 1974, and now vested in her, and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes, in consequence of the said Act of 1974, the following Scheme:—
