The Workmen's Compensation (Supplementation) Amendment Scheme 1969 Available to Purchase

The Secretary of State for Social Services, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of his powers under section 2 of the Industrial Injuries and Diseases (Old Cases) Act 1967, as amended by section 6(2) of the National Insurance Act 1969, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes, in consequence of the said Act of 1969, the following Scheme:—
