Maria Giuseppina Bruna, Full Professor Accredited to Supervise Research in Strategy and Management, is an acknowledged specialist on CSR strategies and diversity policies driving, monitoring and assessment, organizational forecasting and inclusive management, as well as an expert of the Social/Environmental/Financial Performance relationship and of the social change impact measurement. Prof. Maria Giuseppina Bruna serves as Dean for Research, Dissemination, and Impact at the IPAG Business School, where she sits at the Executive Committee. Reporting to the Managing Director, she designs and supervises the school’s “Research and Development, Dissemination and Knowledge Transfer” strategy as well as its “CSR – Equality-Diversity-Inclusion and Impact” policy. Prof. Maria Giuseppina Bruna has founded in 2016 and has been leading since the IPAG Chair “Towards an Inclusive Company”, an international and interdisciplinary platform for basic, applied and action-research, scientific expertise, advisory missions, executive training, and academic production, addressing the challenges of inclusion, sustainability, agility, and resilience at work. In this framework, she serves as Executive and Scientific Director of a dozen of action-research programs, carried out with the support of Institutions [such as UNDP and European Commission] and Companies [such as: Foundation Equality-Gender Diversity and its sponsors: AXA, ENGIE, ORANGE, MICHELIN; Foundation MICHELIN; VYV Group; AGEFIPH; CBRE Group; TOTALEnergies Group]. An expert for the French Evaluation Agency for Higher and Education Agency as well as for the Francophone Belgian one, she serves as a a regular “Anti-discrimination, Diversity and Inclusion” Expert for French Ministries and she seats at the Executive Committee of the ENGIE’s Foundation Acting for Employment. She is a past member of the Governmental Group of Experts on Struggle against Discriminations at Work. An Associate Editor of Finance Research Letters (ELSEVIER), an Associate Editor of Journal of Knowledge Management, a Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Management and Sciences Sociales, a member of the Editorial Board of Management and Prospective– Gestion 2000(ICHEC, Belgium) as well as of the Scientific Committee of Question(s) de Management, Prof. Bruna has edited (or is editing) 20 special issues of academic journals (Finance Research Letters, Journal of Organizational Change Management, Research in International Business and Finance, Journal of African Business, Environmental Economics and Policy Studies, Management International, Relations Industrielles Industrial Relations, Gestion 2000, Management and Avenir, RIPCO, Question(s) de Management, RIMHE, Management and Sciences Sociales, Revue Française de Gouvernance d’Entreprise …). On behalf of the Fondation Nationale pour l'Enseignement de la Gestion des Entreprises [FNEGE], and under the aegis of Prof. Jérôme Caby (Managing Director, FNEGE) and Prof. Charles-Henri Besseyre des Horts (leader of the Cercle des Entreprises de la FNEGE), she has co-led and co-published with Prof. Laurent Cappelletti (CNAM) an Institutional and Research Report on forecasting of organizations and management in the era of transitions. As a very committed fellow in institutional, social and managerial fields as well as personally involved in the research-business-society dialogue, Maria Giuseppina either wrote or directed more than 120 Institutional Reports, White Papers and Business Expertise Deliverables, delivered more than 120 Action-Research programs, Advisory Missions and Executive Conferences, benefitting to more than 65 International Organizations, Public Administrations, Companies, Local Authorities, Trade Unions, Foundations, Professional Clubs and Associations. A socially-sensitive researcher, Maria Giuseppina regularly appears in media (L'Express, Le Monde, Les Echos, Les Echos Start, Ouest France, RFI etc.) to disseminate the fruits of her research. Distinguished with several awards, cited in 2016 among the 100 Leaders in Human Capital Management by the Magazine Décideurs, Prof. Bruna has supervised or is supervising four PhD thesis and serves as a regular member of PhD and Accreditation to Supervise Research Committees.
