Stan Renals joins Indium as product manager

Indium Corporation of Europe has recently appointed Stan Renals as product manager, advanced technologies for its Interconnect Business Unit. Mr Renals is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the strategic environment for high density interconnect (HDI) and advanced product market development and sales (see Plate 2).

Prior to joining Indium, Mr Renals served as the director of European sales for Senju Manufacturing (Europe) Ltd, managing director, Crossflow International Ltd, and vice president & general manager of a division of Cookson, PLC.

Brian Craig, director of Indium's Interconnect Business Unit, stated: "As our range of solutions has expanded, we recognized the pivotal role of HDI initiatives such as solder spheres for the ball grid array and chip scale package production. These emerging technologies are a key component of our total products and services solution". He added, "Stan's diverse work experience and ability to successfully address the needs of a worldwide customer base will enhance our existing customer service".
