Indium Corporation of Europe has recently appointed Stan Renals as product manager, advanced technologies, for its Interconnect Business Unit (see Plate 1). Mr Renals is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the strategic environment for High Density Interconnect (HDI) and Advanced Product Market Development and Sales.
