Specially formulated to accommodate the higher processing temperatures required by the Pb-free alloys Sn/Ag/Cu, Sn/Ag/Bi and Sn/Ag, NC-SMQ® 230 offers consistent, repeatable printing performance. Designed for no-clean applications, the NC-SMQ® 230 has a long stencil and tack time, making it ideal for the rigours of today's high speed, high mix surface mount lines. The solder paste meets all ANSI/J-STD-004 and -005 specifications.

Packaged in 500gram jars, six-ounce (0.17kg) Semco cartridges and 12-ounce(0.34kg) Semco cartridges and also ProFlow® cassettes, NC-SMQ® 230 is also available in other packaging options on request. Shelf life is six months at the recommended storage temperatures of –20 to +5°C.
