UV Light Technology Limited has launched a new range of high intensity UV light cabinet systems for the next millennium.
Designed to satisfy the most demanding of UV light applications, this new range offers tremendous versatility and performance. Various configurations of cabinet size, number of lamps, UV light intensity, spectral emission and power output regulation are available depending on the process requirements.
All models incorporate an integral automatic shutter system and drawer interlock to prevent operator exposure to UV light during loading and unloading.
The work pieces are placed in the cabinet drawer which, when closed, automatically activates a micro switch to engage the interlock and open the shutters, allowing UV light exposure of the work pieces.
This exposure period is pre-set on a timer located on the front panel of the unit to ensure precise,reproducible UV light dosages. Following exposure the drawer is automatically unlocked and can be opened for unloading.
All cabinets in the range can be fitted with the unique Panasafe System. This is a UV light intensity monitoring and regulation device for optimum process control. It continually measures the UV light intensity and makes automatic electrical adjustment to ensure constant UV light output within pre-set threshold limit values.
