Recognizing the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance human resource management (HRM) research as well as the rapid evolution of AI, the manuscript adopts the technology-as-designed paradigm to discuss how AI can augment each critical step in the research lifecycle: ideation, literature reviews, study material design, data collection, analysis, reporting and dissemination.
