Our Documents: 100 Milestone Documents from American History

Our Documents is an initiative of the National Archives & Records Administration and National History Day, in cooperation with the Corporation for National Community Service and the USA Freedom Corps. Its purpose is to encourage the American people to engage in a discussion about democracy and what it means to be a US citizen. Although the site is primarily aimed at students and teachers, it is a great resource for anyone interested in US history.
