This is an attractive book – coloured illustrations, clear page layouts with plenty of white space, good‐sized typeface, nicely bound, and with an interesting and informative text. I was a little unsure of its value as a reference book since it is aimed at the general reader and collector rather than seekers of facts and information, and the lack of an index is a serious omission.
