Mario V. Norman, Professor of Marketing at Clayton State University, has been teaching at the collegiate level for over 20 years. He teaches both graduate and undergraduate classes in marketing, management and psychology in the areas of organizational behavior/psychology, leadership and diversity and inclusion. He also offers workshops on diversity equity and inclusion (DEI), stress management and team building. His research interests revolve around the many facets of DEI. He has published in scholarly journals and presented at several conferences.

Kimberly M. Johnson, Associate Professor of Management at Clayton State University, has 20 years’ experience in higher education, including eight years as an administrator. She teaches and trains on management, human resource management, organizational behavior, leadership and managing organizational culture, communication, conflict and change. She is a Trainer for the Certified Management Program. She also offers workshops on employee engagement, implicit bias and other topics. As an administrator, she was selected to participate in the Harvard Management Development Program. Her research interests are organizational behavior, organizational values and work-life balance. She has published scholarly articles and presented at numerous conferences.
