Quad Systems Corporation recently named John Perrotta, (Plate 2), vice president, technical services. In this role, Perrotta is responsible for customer service, including Quad's North American and international field service teams, training, telephone technical support and applications engineering. In 1995, Perrotta joined Quad as production manager. Prior to his recent promotion, he served for two years as senior director, quality assurance. Perrotta is a member of the American Production Inventory Control Society(APICS) and American Society for Quality (ASQ). He resides in Hilltown.
