The technical division within Packaging Solutions, Advantek's main UK distributor, has broadened its product mix due to customer demand. The technical division of Packaging Solutions is dedicated to the supply of surface mount component packaging and electrostatic control products. Recently, due to an increasing number of enquiries from customers, this line has increased to include related machinery and specialist tapes.
The machinery available includes: tape and reel machines, reel component counters, peel force testers and vacuum sealers. Specialist tapes for the the electronics industry include:foil, antistatic, polyimide, PCB, die-cut, double sided and printed tapes. Packaging Solutions now offers these products through new distributor agreements with worldwide manufacturers.
