PMJ automec Corporation (Virkkala, Finland), has acquired Cencorp, Inc.(Longmont, Colorado, USA) and its popular line of post-assembly stand-alone and in-line depaneling solutions.

With the acquisition of Cencorp's full product line and manufacturing capabilities, PMJ has created PMJ Cencorp - a daughter company headquartered in Longmont - that will be the production center for all depaneling systems. Sales and marketing will continue to be directed by PMJ automec and its regional offices located in Europe and the USA.

With an installed base of over 500 depaneling machines and over 24 years'experience in depaneling, this Cencorp addition makes PMJ the leading supplier of in-line and stand-alone depaneling equipment worldwide. The deal also strengthens PMJ's sales and service in North America and allows for future expansion throughout Asia.

This acquisition completes PMJ's depaneling product portfolio and increases the company's technological strength. As part of the agreement, PMJ will acquire significant patents and rights previously owned by Cencorp.
