Qualitek - DSP #850 is a no-clean solder paste, which absolutely requires no refrigeration storage up to 6 months. Tests on the paste after 6 months storage at 20-27°C (room temperature) have proven the paste to maintain the highest performance characteristics as the paste stored in refrigerator. Further test on 408C storage up to 4 days showed no sign of deteriorations such as: hardness,lumpiness, and crusts.
This product also offers excellent printing with uniform print deposits,extended tack time and long stencil life. Solder joints with standard alloys look shiny and bright indicating good fluxing activity. The appearance of the flux residue is low, clear and colorless. It complies with the high reliability requirements of Bellcore and IPC.
