Modern Railways Dictionary of Railway Industry Terms

Many UK librarians will associate Ian Allan Publishing with books on railways, buses and other forms of transport, frequently encountered on station bookstalls and mostly aimed at enthusiasts. The notion that the company mainly produces books for train‐spotting anoraks is, however, not entirely justified.
