Metaverse: the future of immersive training

Ashwani Kumar Upadhyay is based at Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication, Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune, India. He PhD, is Associate Professor, Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication, Pune, Maharashtra, India. Dr Upadhyay is the author of the book “AI Revolution in HRM: The New Scorecard” published by Sage Publications and is having more than 20 years of teaching and research experience. He had received first prize in the AIMS-GHSIMR Doctoral Student Paper Competition at IIM, Ahmedabad. He is having a research interest in areas like artificial intelligence, virtual reality, augmented reality, technology adoption, branding, structural equation modeling, mediation analysis and sales training.

Komal Khandelwal is based at the Department of Management, Amity University, Jaipur, India. She, PhD, is Associate Professor, Amity Business School, Amity University Rajasthan, Jaipur, India. Dr Khandelwal had received her doctorate in management. She holds a post-graduate degree in Commerce (Human Resource Management) from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India. She had received first prize in the AIMS-IRMA Doctoral Student Paper Competition at MICA, Ahmedabad. She has 14 years of experience in academics and research. She has a research interest in training, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, augmented reality, HR tech, structural equation modeling and mediation analysis. She is the author of the book “AI Revolution in HRM: The New Scorecard” published by Sage Publication.
