With five laser cutting machines at their European sites all offering SMT manufacturers ultra fine-pitch capability to tolerances of ± 5 micron, the need to measure very fine tolerances is essential. Aperture to aperture, fiducials, and solder pad sizes can be measured within a tolerance of ± 1 micron over a 1,000mm X and Y and 50mm Z axis.
